Wayfinding consultancy MSD has been commissioned to carry out an audit and analysis of the end-to-end passenger journey at Liverpool John Lennon Airport. With the continued growth of the airport and plans to undertake further terminal improvements, now is an opportune time to review the current wayfinding strategy. The scope of the project incldes an assessment of passenger flow and an analysis of how this impacts on sign messaging and positioning throughout the airport.
Having delivered a similar contract during its last major expansion in 2006, MSD is delighted to be working once again with the team at John Lennon Airport.
