BAG has a series of strategic partners including major airports and other stakeholders. These strategic partnerships are more important than ever as we seek to plan and deliver facilities for airports in this transitional era.
The BAG Board will from time to time nominate Airport Operators, other relevant bodies or organisations as strategic partners to BAG to give access for BAG members to these purchasers of their skills and/or services and/or equipment. For our members, we seek to provide greater visibility of potential opportunities and project pipelines, greater knowledge of clients’ organisations and a broader understanding of and involvement in discussions between government and industry. Our members want to understand market drivers and clients’ needs, priorities and ambitions in order to optimise their offer.
These are mutually beneficial arrangements which provides strategic partners with access to specialist aviation supply chain members, and activities such as test ideas and seek feedback, publish and roll out their corporate agenda, increase support for stakeholders’ events.

Alice Adshead, Head of Project Services

One of last week’s highlights was attending the BAG Summer Seminar and evening reception. We found that it was very engaging, very well organised, venue was spot on and everyone was so friendly. Loved engaging with everyone in such a relaxed environment, lots of funny stories were shared. Particularly liked meeting with likeminded professional problem solvers like ourselves.

“The BAG mentoring programme has been a game changer in my professional life. Having a mentor has helped me believe in myself, with my self-confidence and to see things from a different perspective. My mentor challenges me on what is needed and encourages and supports me as well. It is great to be able to have an honest and open discussion with someone who has been through similar experiences and learn from her. I wish everyone could have a chance to have such a mentor!”
Paula Pontes, MAG
