On 30 July 2026, the Supervisory Board of Centralny Port Komunikacyjny decided to dismiss Dr. Filip Czernicki, President of the Management Board, and Dariusz Kuś, Member of the Management Board. The duties of the President of the Management Board, until a new person is appointed to this position, will be performed by Marcin Michalski, currently a member of the Management Board of the company.
The Supervisory Board will soon announce a procedure that will supplement the composition of the Management Board.
