Advanced air mobility is on a fast track into a new era as developers shift their focus from aircraft design and flight testing to certification, industrialization and early commercial deployment. Once defined largely by bold concepts and aggressive timelines, the sector is now increasingly shaped by regulatory realities, manufacturing constraints, and the need to demonstrate viable use cases to operators, airports, and investors.
