President Donald Trump signed a bill to reopen most of the Department of Homeland Security on the brink of emergency funding running out to pay workers.
The House on Thursday voted to fund most of the Department of Homeland Security, effectively ending the partial government shutdown that began in February.
Immigration and Customs Enforcement and part of Customs and Border Protection remain unfunded...
