Welcome to the tenth edition of the Generation Aviation newsletter. It' been a busy year already for DfT's Aviation Skills team and we are delighted to have welcomed both our new cohort of Aviation Ambassadors and our new Reach For The Skies challenge fund recipients. There's been some fantastic work going on and both programmes have hit the ground running, including working with each other to inspire as many people as posssilbe into aviation and STEM careers. We were also very pleased to see former DfT Aviation Ambassador Alic Goodwin announced by ICAO as an inaugural Global Ambassador, who will promote aviation's role in connecting communities and advancing sustainable development worldwide. Well done, Alice!
