This submission provides A&M’s perspective to inform the US Department of Transportation (“Department”)’s evaluation of design concepts, financing approaches, schedules, and cost considerations for new or expanded terminal and concourse facilities at Washington Dulles International Airport (“Airport”). In response to the Department’s Request for Information (RFI), we have provided responses to five of the six questions.
