The first images showing the internal design for a new departure lounge at Jersey Airport have been released.
Ports of Jersey (POJ) shared the pictures ahead of the first phase of redevelopment opening in summer 2026.
The whole departure lounge is expected to be open by summer 2027, POJ said.
"We've invested more than £150 million over the last 10 years.
"A lot of it is resurfacing runways, in the new security equipment - so this isn't 'instead of', this is 'as well as' investment" Matt Thomas, POJ chief executive said.
Features of the new departures lounge will include a family area, an assisted travel lounge, sensory room, first aid room, multi-faith room, work areas and access to genuine Jersey shopping, food and beverage outlets.
