Jacobs has been awarded a contract to lead programme and construction management services for the first phase of a 1.6 billion USD modernisation project at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE).

The programme, CLEvolution, aims to reimagine the airport experience for passengers via the modernisation of existing infrastructure, enhancing accessibility and passenger flow at Ohio’s busiest airport.

The programme’s first phase is set to deliver a redesigned terminal entrance, expanded curbside drop-off, new check-in lobby, consolidated TSA checkpoint, new international arrivals area, new ground transportation centre, upgraded train station and a multi-level parking garage with 6,000 spaces.
