Tomorrow’s Engineers Week offers an exceptional opportunity for professionals to unite behind a nationwide initiative celebrating STEM and inspiring the next generation of engineers and tech innovators. This year’s theme, Dare to Discover, encourages young people to embrace the learning process, reminding them that success rarely comes on the first try.

Many young aspiring engineers feel the pressure to get everything right immediately, but true innovation often emerges from experimentation, unexpected outcomes, and perseverance. Dare to Discover will spotlight compelling stories of creative problem-solving and non-linear career paths, demonstrating that setbacks are not failures but essential stepping stones to success.

Building on the momentum of last year’s campaign, which reached over 55,000 students across the UK, we aim to engage even more young people aged 11–14 this year. We invite engineers, employers, professional bodies, and organisations to collaborate with us in inspiring the next generation, challenging stereotypes, highlighting the diversity of engineering careers, and sharing authentic stories that define our sector.

To support your involvement, EngineeringUK has prepared a comprehensive toolkit, including graphics, social media assets, and messaging suggestions, which you can use to participate in this online campaign.

Together, let’s ignite curiosity, resilience, and passion for engineering in young minds.
