AviAlliance has acquired AGS Airports from Ferrovial and Macquarie and appointed Kam Jandu as CEO.
The new owner of Aberdeen, Glasgow and Southampton airports is a wholly owned subsidiary of PSP Investments, one of Canada’s largest pension investors.
AGS Airports joins the company’s global airport network, which includes stakes in Athens, Düsseldorf, Hamburg and San Juan (Puerto Rico) airports.
