The Luzon International Premiere Airport Development (LIPAD) has formally taken over operations and maintenance (O&M) of Clark International Airport (CRK) in the Philippines.
The LIPAD consortium will operate and manage CRK airport for a period of 30 years.
Formerly known as the North Luzon Airport Consortium, the group comprises the Changi Airports Philippines, Filinvest Development, JG Summit and Philippine Airport Ground Support Solutions.
