Pascall+Watson have been appointed to revitalise the Heathrow Express (HEx) ticketing facilities across Heathrow Airport and at Paddington Rail Station. The project is part of HEx’s vision to transform customer service and provide passengers with the best airport rail service in the world.
The project will see the Pascall+Watson team research and develop innovative ticketing operations and customer interface technology to ensure HEx is at the forefront of rail transportation.
The HEx service was launched in 1998 and carries an average of 16,000 passengers a day. It is the fastest rail link from London to Heathrow Airport.
