Darrell Swanson a current board member of the British Aviation Group was listed in the Power Book for his work on electric aviation infrastrucure and his model on Distributed Aviation which a prediction of how the industry will evolve.
"With more than two decades experience as an aviation consultant on airport master planning projects, Darrell has established himself as a subject matter expert regarding electric aviation and how it will lead to a future of distributed aviation. As well as this, his knowledge also expands into electric aircraft infrastructure requirements and the defining market opportunities for emerging electric low cost carriers (eLCCs). As an advisor to NASA’s Transformative Vertical Flight Programme, the Advanced Air Mobility Panel at ADS Group and CAMI, Darrell was recently re-elected back to the board of the British Aviation Group. The trade body is the largest in the UK, representing more than 220 companies. Throughout 2020, Darrell was ever-present at many industry events and was influential in leading the conversations about eVTOL aircraft landing infrastructure.
