Zoeftig, has sealed another deal which further cements its intent to expand its presence in Southeast Asia, having just secured a major contract to supply Cebu Mactan International Airport Terminals.

Cebu Mactan is the 1st privatised airport in the Philippines; it’s the Governments model for the future privatisation of all airports.

Zoeftig supplied its inFINITE seats for the 1st phase of a 3 phase contract that Cebu Mactan are undergoing.

Zoeftig’s infinite range was specified as the perfect solution to the exacting needs of the airport, meeting the dual requirements of aesthetic beauty and ultimate flexibility. InFINITE was chosen because if its unique reconfigurability, which as the airport goes through its refurbishment the adaptability of inFINITE will play a huge part in providing the maximum and best possible seating solutions at all stages of the program. There was an extremely high level of competition for this prestigious 1st privatised airport contract, Zoeftig were competing with suppliers from all over the world. All existing government run airports will be looking to this airport to set the standard for all future airports.

Zoeftig are currently fully training the airports maintenance team to be able to reconfigure the seating without the need for Zoeftig’s engineers to be present, again proving another reason why Zoeftig are really the airports seating market leader and the name behind many of the industry’s most innovative solutions.

Paul Williams Chief Executive Officer who negotiated the contract recognises the importance of developing Zoeftig’s market in the Philippines. “Were extremely pleased that GMR Megawide have selected our products, along with other recent wins within the region includes the new Hong Kong Midfield Terminal. As part of Zoeftig’s investment in the region a showroom and office recently opened in Kuala Lumpa which will allow for a quick and easy access to the markets within the region
