Five teams are in the running to design a state-of-the-art new terminal at Chicago O'Hare as part of Mayor, Rahm Emanuel's $8.5 billion O'Hare 21 vision for the gateway. The five design teams comprise Fentress-EXP-Brook-Garza Joint Venture Partners; Foster Epstein Moreno Joint Venture Partners; Santiago Calatrava LLC; Skidmore, Owings, & Merrill (SOM); and Studio ORD Joint Venture Partners.
