TransQ is the pre-qualification system used by several Nordic infrastructure agencies such as the Swedish Transport Administration, the Swedish state owned airport operator Swedavia and the Norwegian railway agency Bane Nor.
For example, the Swedish Transport Administration uses TransQ when carrying out procurements for building contracts over £5m. Bane NOR uses the system for about one third of their total acquisitions.
The system is an internet-based supplier register that is run by the company Achilles.
