Transport heavyweight Daniel Moylan has warned that the Court of Appeal’s decision to block Heathrow expansion has “severely damaged the prospects of future private sector investment in infrastructure”.

In February, the Court of Appeal overturned the government’s Airports National Policy Statement (ANPS) ruling it had failed to consider the Paris Climate Agreement, and effectively put an end to Heathrow’s expansion plans.
