Adam Hill, UK Managing Director of Siemens Postal, Parcel & Airport Logistics, has been elected to the board of the British Aviation Group (BAG) for a period of three years. The BAG is the leading representative body for British companies involved in aviation and airport development and operations.

Hill (pictured) joined Siemens earlier this year from Gatwick Airport Limited where he worked as a Programme Lead Manager on a number of projects. His background is in the construction business, having worked in all areas from engineering to project management including the development of Birmingham New Street station. “Siemens Postal, Parcel & Airport Logistics has a proven track record with a global pedigree for the efficient installation, operation and maintenance of baggage handling systems with the technical capability to integrate and improve systems and technology”, said Hill. “As a BAG board member, I aim to bring my varied background and experience to our industry at a strategic level and share the company’s insight and influence on our daily lives.”

BAG provides world class expertise to meet the challenges of global airports and is the first port of call for global clients to connect to the full spectrum of British aviation expertise delivering solutions for airports large and small.

From software solutions to baggage and cargo handling systems, Siemens Postal, Parcel & Airport Logistics turns international experience into a competitive advantage for airports and airlines. With a global footprint and a success story of worldwide projects, Siemens helps make airports highly efficient and passenger friendly.
