BAG and ACC come together for the fourth time to deliver a two-day Global Business Summit.

The event will bring together 60+ aviation professionals from across the US and UK - a must for those interested in global economic trends, aviation funding and investment, and international networking, particularly airport architects, designers, engineers, operators, planners and suppliers, and developments experts.

We are pleased to announce that our Keynote Speaker will be Dr. Ralf Gaffal, Managing Director, Munich Airport International

Dr. Ralf Gaffal is Managing Director at Munich Airport, and is responsible for all international consultancy, management & investment activities of Munich Airport with a team of more than 50 experts. Dr. Gaffal has an engineering degree in aeronautics as well as business administration and teaches airport design and operations at the Technical University of Munich. He is an expert in airport business planning, M&A, planning and development, process engineering and airport environmental studies. With several years of experience in the airport sector, Gaffal has developed the central international business department at Munich Airport since 2010.

Venue and accommodation

The 2019 Global Business Summit will be held at The Madison Washington D.C. Hotel, 1177 15th St NW, Washington, DC 20005, USA.

Special accommodation rates are available at The Madison Washington Hotel (bookings can be made via the hotel’s website) over the dates of 19 January 2019 through 27 January 2019. All attendees will receive a special rate of $179 (US dollars) per night single/double occupancy while inventory lasts. Reservations must be made by Wednesday, 2 January 2019, in order to guarantee this rate. Rooms may sell out before this date, so please make your reservations early. Reservations made after this date can only be honoured on a space and rate available basis.
