These roundtables aim to provide a deep dive into the main skills gaps and challenges that different sectors currently face. We are bringing together a small group of businesses to discuss a range of themes related to these industries to highlight key insights and skills challenges. All intel will help inform our final LSIP report, which is intended to help close the gaps on skills provision. Topics for this roundtable will include:
- Understanding the main skills gaps and challenges that you face in the sector.
- Gathering intelligence on your experiences with the skills and training system (i.e. what works well, what could be improved, what are the main barriers?)
- Exploring the ways in which you can be part of the solution and become more involved in supporting the local skills and training system.
