SUMMARY:BAG ACC Virtual Global Business Summit- Experience & Inclusivity: Developing the Airport Environment
DESCRIPTION:BAG ACC Virtual Global Business Summit- Experience & Inclusivity: Developing the Airport Environment\n
Booked by - Hannah Sallabanks\n
Info - BAG and ACC traditionally come together once a year to deliver a Global Business Summit. This year we delivered two virtual sessions. On 11 February 2021 we hosted Part 1 of the series looking at Recovery and the Climate Challenge - Securing our License to Grow, with guest speakers from ACI World, IATA and the FAA. You can find the recording here.
Part 2 of the BAG ACC Global Summit 2021 was held on the 24 June 2021, and focused on the opportunities for developing the airport environment for the benefit of both travellers and the many other users that occupy the airport space.
The session was arranged around the themes of: Re-Start; Innovation; Inclusivity. Starting with Re-Start and increasing passenger numbers, the session examined how new processes and procedures in the short term can be managed to maintain an acceptable environment.  Progressing to the medium term, we reviewed the potential of innovation for improving the experience for all airport users in a positive and inclusive way.

Please find below the agenda:
