National Highways are committed to delivering services that are accessible and inclusive for all our customers.  We have taken some important steps forward over the last few years to work with customers to better understand their experiences and their needs to help improve our services.

We know that we are not alone in these efforts and colleagues in our supply chain and those involved in other major infrastructure programmes are likewise innovating new ways to improve services for diverse customers.

This roundtable will be an opportunity to hear about some of those improvements taking place in the infrastructure sector, how these are benefiting customers, and to ask questions or share your own experiences and thoughts.

We will have presentations from infrastructure clients including:
