DIT Russia Airport Mission: 4-5 March 2020 – Register your interest

The Department for International Trade Russia is organising a visit of UK suppliers of infrastructure technologies and solution to the cities of Moscow and St Petersburg to present their products to major airports and a large oil and gas company interested in cooperation with UK suppliers. The mission will take place on 4-5 March 2020. The delegates will have an opportunity to make their presentations and meet the key decision makers of the Russian organisations.

DIT Russia are currently speaking with the relevant airports about their current needs, details of this will be circulated shortly, however key areas of interest are companies providing services and technologies in the airport infrastructure sector – construction, luggage handling, digital data handling solutions, security equipment, passenger flow systems, etc.

Preliminary agenda

Mission costs:

A charge of £550 (excl. VAT) per company is applicable for participating in this mission.

DIT Russia covers Sapsan train tickets, one night at a St.Petersburg hotel, meals, group transfers and interpretation group services within the programme.

Delegates will need to cover the costs of their own visa, accommodation and travel, individual interpreter requirements. 

Please note that non-Russian citizens need to have a valid Russian visa to enter the country.
